Flexton has strictly quality control with ISO9001 and ISO16949 systems. We have our own quality control department. They monitor the mold making process, product manufacturing process, shipment inspection, assembly verification. The quality team also collects and prepares priduct validation data per customer's specification. This data may include: 

1) Mold pre-analysis

2) First article layout and inspection report 

3) Detailed dimension report 

4) Standard inspection procedure

5) Standard operation procedure
